It is important to note that the company explicitly disclaims responsibility for the content hosted on the websites it designs and develops. While Cookie Webster Co., Ltd. is dedicated to delivering high-quality services in the realms of website aesthetics, functionality, and online visibility, it does not assume liability for the substance or nature of the content displayed on these platforms. The company’s primary focus remains on providing innovative solutions and enhancing digital presence, ensuring clients receive tailored and effective online solutions without assuming responsibility for the specific content hosted on their websites.
- Phuketians Web Design Agency will retain all project-related web files for a maximum period of two years in the event of inactivity. If the project owner does not make any contact or request within this two-year period, Phuketians Web Design Agency reserves the right to permanently delete all files associated with the project and terminate inactive accounts, assuming the project was abandoned. It is the responsibility of the project owner to ensure they have requested, obtained, and securely stored their web files within this timeframe.
- Project owners are responsible for providing all content, including images, text, videos, and other graphic design materials, unless these items were specifically included in the quotation provided by Phuketians Web Design Agency. The agency will not be held accountable for delays or issues arising from the failure of the project owner to supply the necessary content in a timely manner.
- Phuketians Web Design Agency will not be responsible for any delays or losses caused by the project owner. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in providing necessary content, approval processes, or any other actions or inactions by the project owner that impact the project timeline or outcome.
- Phuketians Web Design Agency will not provide any translation services. The project owner is responsible for supplying all required translations. Phuketians Web Design Agency will only integrate the provided translations into the website. The accuracy and completeness of the translations are the sole responsibility of the project owner.
